Our missions for the next 5 years would be but not limited to the following :-

1. Social Enterprise
3A Adventures was built on the foundation of sharing and growing together as a team, therefore we operate as a social enterprise where we contribute back to the surrounding community in terms of social investments and involvement opportunities for local communities to have a chance of becoming part of the paragliding community.

2. Digital Transformation
We strongly believe in using technologies as essential tools, by adapting and utilising the emerging technological tools we will be able to close any communication gaps and bring us closer to the community, subsequently improves our services and operating efficiency. It will also help greatly to extend our services further across the country, even internationally.

3. International Events
Organising international events attended by participants from all over the world is not only entertaining, bringing the community closer and a chance to discover new talents to be heralded as national paragliding champions, but also an essential platform for promoting Besut Paragliding Park as a sport tourism destination to international visitors. We plan to organise at least one (1) international paragliding event every year, including the Paragliding Accuracy WorldCup (PGAWC) competitions.

4. Talent Discovery
Inline with the above, we strive to develop local talents from Terengganu to represent Malaysia at international competitions and proudly waving the country’s flag on the international podium.

5. Socio-economic Impact
Through our operation as a commercial entity, we will create opportunities to financially empower the youths from Besut through our human capital development programs. As such, we aim to develop a minimum of 5 individuals to become professional paragliding pilots that will earn reasonably good sustainable income through tandem paragliding flights.

Way Forward
We invite all youths to join us and becomes a certified paragliding pilot, fly with us and in future will be representing Terengganu in championship events.
